A new era in the property marketing businessWell known RealNet Garden Route directors, Gerhard Roux and Gerhard Dreyer, have entered into a new era in the property market by joining forces with RE/MAX Outeniqua as co-owners. They say that their main reason for choosing to align themselves with RE/MAX is due to the group's extensive national and international representation. "This will provide a comprehensive national referral network which will also provide an incredible kick-start when the international economic upturn takes place," they say. "Furthermore, the unique collection of knowledge and experience that has been collaborated by bringing these two dynamic groups together was a major factor contributing towards this decision. Gerhard Roux's experience as a portfolio manager and managing director of numerous companies will bring valuable knowledge to the RE/MAX Outeniqua team. He will also act as chairman of the new group. Ricklia Roux is arguably one of the top property consultants in the Garden Route and joins RE/MAX Outeniqua as part of the Roux-team. Stenvert will continue as Broker/Owner and possesses extensive experience regarding property sales and transactions gleaned from his career as a lawyer, developer and conveyancer. He is supported by his wife who acts as a practicing lawyer and conveyancer. Gerhard Dreyer will be using his experience gained in over 25 years in the judiciary as a magistrate in order to add weight to the management and control of the RE/MAX Outeniqua's extensive rental department. He is also actively involved in the sale of residential property and is currently focusing on property options for senior buyers. Louise Dreyer, a former project manager, is a dynamic consultant who adds a breath of fresh air and exuberance to the business. Dirk Luus is a qualified engineer and is a developer in his own right. His provision of insightful contributions to buyers and owners with regards to improvements, renovations and potential problems is above repute. Luus is assisted by his wife Madeleen who was RE/MAX Outeniqua's top agent in 2011. Adrian Goslett, CEO of RE/MAX of Southern Africa, welcomes the new, highly qualified team into the RE/MAX fold and says that the addition of such a high level of expertise and market knowledge will undoubtedly contribute considerably to the success of the RE/MAX Outeniqua office in the year ahead.
